Salad "Fur coat under salmon"
Ingredients:
- salted salmon fillet - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- boiled carrots (large) - 1 pc.
- boiled beets - 2 pcs.
- boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 100-200 g
- greens - optional
Grate vegetables and eggs on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion.
You can add sour cream to mayonnaise, the salad will be even more tender.
Place the salad ring on a plate.
Put a layer of beets, spread with mayonnaise, put carrots, potatoes, eggs, onions on top, not forgetting to smear each layer with mayonnaise.
Put the salmon, cut into pieces or slices, on the very top. Decorate as you wish. Put the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it is well soaked. Carefully remove ring before serving.
You can make the salad ″upside down″ i.e. salmon down and all the ingredients on top - it will have a more traditional look, but will not be so tender.
