Chinese salad with chicken recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 gr green beans (can be frozen). 1 chicken fillet. 1 sweet pepper. 2-3 garlic cloves. 1 bulb. 1 tbsp sesame. 2 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp vegetable oil, salt.
Preparation:
1 In a ladle, heat 2 liters of water to a boil, put the beans (without defrosting), add a pinch of salt, bring to a boil again and cook for 3 minutes, then drain the beans in a colander. 2 Cut the fillet into thin strips, fry in vegetable oil until tender and transfer to a plate. 3 Cut the pepper into strips, onion into thin half rings, crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife (without peeling). 4 In the pan where the fillet was fried, add oil, put the garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes until the smell appears. 5 Add onions and peppers to the pan, fry, stirring, over high heat for 2-3 minutes. 6 Add beans, fry for 2 more minutes. 7 Return the fillet to the pan, pour in the soy sauce, fry for another 1-2 minutes. 8 Remove the garlic and serve the salad warm, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
